Batumi Tower was built in 2012 and has a height of 200 meters, making it the tallest building in Batumi, as well as the Caucasus region.
At first the building was meant to house Batumi Technological university, but later it was sold off on an auction. Now it is a hotel complex with 35 floors, residential apartments, commercial real estate, as well as entertainment center, which includes the Empire casino itself.
